no it isn't... for stamina you want DF145, 145, AD145, 85, 90, 100, or 230.

it was top tier but c145 is outclassed by gb145 and wb is outclassed by rs/rsf/cs

You have no good Defense parts. Besides C145 and Bull, nothing at all actually ...
