If you're talking about the Storm_100HF/S combo, then yes, it should be knocking itself out a lot, if using a Hasbro stadium, as their tornado ridges aren't as well built as in the Takara Tomy stadiums.

Attack- Storm Pegasus 105 rf( storm pegasus is better with a 100 track. Look at the "what to buy in mfb" thread, and " competitive metal fight beyblade combo's" thread.
Defence- Rock/ dark bull c145 WD.(you should get another WB tip, it's the best bottom for Defence that hasbro has released yet)
Stamina- burn bull 145 sd
There are currently no good balance combo's
Edit: I'm being beaten more and more every day. Ahah

There are no current top tier Balance Combos in the game.
If you really want one though, a balance between stamina and defence.

[Balance] Earth Bull C145WD [Good/pretty much as good as balance can get for Stamina and Defence. A MF would also be a option.]
