The best type at the moment is attack, so Lightning l drago 100 F would probably be your best, although Lightning L drago 100 SD would probably be an ok spin stealer.

for Lightning L drago 100 SD which mode is the spin stealer upper or multi?

once you get earth eagle and dark bull make
Earth bull c145wb (add MF for top tier)

and now u can make
attack: L Ldrago 100/CH120 RF (add mf and its top tier)
defence: Rock Leone C145WB (add earth, bull and MF and its top tier)
stamina: flame sag 145S (change flame to burn/earth change sag to bull and change s to SD or WD)
