I need a balance combo and this is what beys I have:

Dark Capricorn
Dark Bull
Storm Pegasus
Lighting L-Drago
Flame Sagittario

(To be honest, I'm seriously surprised that you do not own an Earth Wheel when you have such as large collection already.)

Attack:
MF Pegasis 145RF/R2F (Top-Tier)
Ray _____ 100RF/R2F (Top-Tier)
Meteo L Drago 90R2F (Very Good)

Defense:
MF-H/MF Grand/Dark Bull/Aquario C145WB/RS (Good/Very Good. Just use the Earth Metal Wheel, and you'll get a Top-Tier Defense combo. On a side note, I personally find CS to have great Defense properties.)

Stamina:
Thermal/Flame Bull 145/DF145 D/SD (Good/Very Good. Just switch the Metal Wheel to Burn or Earth (both Mold 1), and it'll be Top-Tier.)
Thermal/Flame Bull 90/100/D125 D/SD (Very Good. Low height Stamina combos have been tested to have a consistent win rate against Stamina combos of 145 height. However, these are not listed as Top-Tier yet.)

Stamina:
Rock Bull 145SD (Okay/Good. Change the Metal Wheel to Burn or Earth (both Mold 1) to be Top-Tier.)

There are currently no competitive Balance Combos available yet, so I'll just list out the Best Beys you can make out of the parts you listed for each type.

Attack:
Lightning L Drago 100RF (Very Good. Add a Metal Face for it to be Top-Tier.)

Defense:
Dark Bull C145SD (Decent. Change the Metal Wheel to Earth, switch the Bottom to WB or RS and add a Metal Face for it to be Top-Tier.)

Stamina:
Flame Bull 100SD (Good/Very Good. Change Metal Wheel to Earth or Burn mold 1 and switch the Track to 145/DF145 to make it Top-Tier. Although it has been tested that lower height Stamina combos have a higher win rate against 145 Height Stamina combos.)

Flame Bull 100/145FS for Stamina. There's nothing else I can do with your parts.

@corinzu - Your combo is Rock Pegasis C145WD, right? It's not the best, but it appears you're a Defense-guy. You can do MF Earth Pegasis (Bull is preferred as it's top-tier, but if you like Pegasis, then...) C145WB to make it top-tier.

Assuming you can only get Hasbro, MF's can be obtained from the DS/Wii Game(s), Earth can be obtained from Earth Eagle and soon to be Earth Virgo, and WB is from Rock Leone.

You could make Storm Pegasis 100RF, a former top tier, for a right spin attack if you wanted, but MF Lightning L Drago 100RF suggested earlier is better.

Other than those though, there's not anything notable you could make.

Keep Storm Pegasis the way it is.
That's good for attack.

For Stamina, use Burn FireBlaze 135 S, it's not that good, but the best you can currently get.

Nothing really for defense.
