We use a completely non-bias environment, on our forums and in our tests. (No PTW, etc. Attackers shot second.)
This gives us the very best stats we can use from the tools given to us. Plus the very tools used in our tests are the same used in our tournaments.

Change Eagle to Bull and add a MF. If you want you can also change C145 to GB145 and WB to RS/RSF.

Ok, So I should add Bulls Colored ring, and a Metal Face. Where would I get a Metal Face?

You can get one from the DS/Wii games in your local stores. Other than that, you'll have to import.

Defense - Rock Bull C145WB (Mediocre; needs Earth and MF to be top-tier - if you import, you can also get GB145, RS or RSF and still make it top-tier)
Stamina - Flame Bull 145S (Bad; lose S and use SD/WD/D. Also, use Burn or Earth Mold 1 to make it top-tier)
