For Stamina yes, but for extra wobbling WD is better.
But that could also count as Stamina....hmmm..

I have leone energy ring, internal defense from rock aries, rock aries energy ring, aquario's HF/S, LDrago's HF and a pair 100s along with lightning fuse wheel and drago's energy ring. I have access to storm, pegasus energy ring, DF145, 145, B, 105, SF, and the dark fusion wheel. My best combo is Leone face bolt, pegasus energy ring, internal defence, and WB.

Unfortunately none. Those are two bad Beyblades ... There are much better choices.

The combos for Attack and Defense that Pyro gave you are good. But you can build a better Stamina combo than Flame Bull 145FS.
