Rock Leone(counter Leone face) (Aquila clear wheel)=Rock Leone T125D
Burn Lacerta(Kerbecs clear wheel)=Burn Lacerta 135DS
Storm Kerbecs (Lacerta clear wheel)=Storm Kerbecs 145SD

Rock Leone T125 SD-Change this to Earth and you have a better combo
Burn Lacerta-Change this to 100 and WD and you a bettre combo
Storm Kerbecs -Change this to Hell Kerebecs BD145 WD
But the combo's you provided doesen't do too good.

The Rock Leone i have it changed recently use earth wheel change the spin track at WA130 and the burn lacerta that is an old combo and it's good at all then the storm kerbecs it is not quite good using BD145 in an storm wheel if you are using attack stadium it will go out balance and using wide defence on it it is too small

85 is the best to use 90. And replacing Meteo with Lightning is much better. Kai-V herself said this.

MS? Really? It's an utterly horrible tip with no balance, no idea why you suggested it, but in future: DON'T, IT IS TERRIBLE. Also, 145 is HORRIBLY outdated, and a good LTSC can be made with his parts. I don't know why you'd suggest this, but PLEASE don't mislead people.

These combo's are for TT Attack, if you're using a hasbro stadium, they mightn't be as good. Preferred parts are listed first. If two beys are competing for a part, choose the one you prefer first (unless it's the defence combo, the options there aren't as good and you'd be better off using one of the other combos to it's full extent)

Attack: Lightning L Drago 90/100RF. Needs a metal face, CH120 would be more versatile, but it's still an excellent bey. Lightning L Drago CH120WF may also work in that case, though XF would be better. It's near top-tier, though, definitely top tier with a metal face.

Pegasis is listed on the top tiers, but in todays metagame is horribly outdated and outclassed.

Destabiliser: Flame BULL 90/100/105 SF/FS/WF/F/HF, preferably the former tip, FS does well in hasbro stadiums, though. Bull is fine for the CW. I haven't checked, but originally, cancer was used in destabilisers because the person didn't have or didn't want to use their Bull. I'm not sure if it was tested, so I could be wrong and cancer could be better, but Bull is fine, anyway.

ALSO: Thermal Bull 105WD does nasty things to Earth Stamina combos according to the "Megalodon Returns" thread, (Though Earth/Burn stamina combos are all outclassed by Hell Kerbecs BD145WD and anything not on 230 itself is beaten by MF-H Basalt Aquario 230CS), though Burn apparently does better against it than Earth or Pre-HWS Virgo.

Stamina: Earth Bull 90/100WD, or the thermal combo I mentioned. 145 is outdated, first outclassed by AD145, which was then only used against 230-height combos (as the stamina combos which beat AD145 couldn't beat 230-based stamina combos), and now by Hell Kerbecs BD145WD. To get that, you only have to buy one bey, and it'll beat most other stamina combos, so that's an option.
If you're using a hasbro stadium, use 100, I've found it gets less floor scrapes than 90.

Defence: Earth Bull 90/100/105RF, an RF based defence combo, if your RF is somewhat worn, can be hard to KO for attack types, and you get a chance of KO'ing other stamina combos.
For a more conventional Defence type, Earth Bull C145WB, needs a MF-H, and is still horribly outdated.
Get an MF-H, Hell Kerbecs and a CS (Ray Unicorno, or, if you use ebay, it's cheaper to get the flame gemios 105cs or galaxy saggitario 145cs that come from BB-100, a couple of sellers sell them opened so you know you'll get it, and they're cheaper than Unicorno), make MF-H Hell Kerbecs BD145CS. Basalt would be better still, but yeah.

And for Burn __ 90RF, the CW doesn't make a huge difference, I personally use Capricorn, but Bull may be a better choice given it's weight distribution and stamina, plus the slopes should give some destabilising properties. Aries is also a good choice, and Pegasis isn't bad either.
So, from best to worst, I'd say Bull, Aries, Pegasus, though I'm not sure about the order of the last two.
