Attack: Lightning L Drago 100RF (Upper Mode) - Good, needs MF to be top-tier.

Defense: Dark Bull/Aquario ED145B - Bad, best you have.

Stamina: Rock Bull 100SD - Decent, needs Burn/Earth/Virgo (5min) to be top-tier.

Look at the "What to buy in MFB" and "Competitive MFB Combos" topics for the best combos.

Final Result: 8 - 2
Rock Pegasis:80% win rate(8 wins)
Storm Pegasis:20% win rate(2 wins)

i think this prove that Rock is better than Storm... and for that reason making Rock a good attack wheel.
