Whatzzer: Check Fyuuor's RS vs RSF vs CS thread in the Advanced Forum. The aggregate of all the results of RSF and CS is exactly the same. CS is only preferred over RSF (and RS too) for its better stamina.

Well, depends on what type you want... Certain Earth wheels are good for defence and stamina, but Hades (Hell) is a great stamina wheel with BD145 in boost mode... But since you don't have BD145, so Earth is better.
