Defense Earth Aquario C145WB
stamina Earth Bull 100/AD145 WD

C145 was once a top tier,but never AD145 in Defence.Also,he has 2 CH120's

I need to know which wheel out of L drago, Wolf, Sagittario, leone, and bull is the best for attack combo.
The parts I can put on the wheels are:
MF-H
145, 90, 85, 105, 100.
RF, R2F, WF, XF, F

MF Lightning L-Drago 100 RF is a very good attack combo

I think he meant pre-HWS
so
L Drago 100/90 WF is a great destabilzer
Saggiterio 100R2F is good
Leone 145R2F is good

but i am not sure about that bull or wolf have good attack or anything
