Phantom Orion 145BS : 5 min 19 !!

While it may be better for solo spin time, it just won't hold up too well in an actual battle, again, B is a better choice.

RB and RDF would be your best choice(s), but RS has shown good defense, but mainly for low-track defenders. CS and RSF are also very good.

For Stamina purposes:

CS>RSF>RB>RS>RDF

It helps if you list all your parts so we can build you a combo for your defense type.

The best defensive tips of what you listed are RS, RB, and RDF. They all have their perks in different situations and combinations. For instance, RS has better use on low track defense customs while RDF works best on mid height defenders (which are usually spin equalizers as well). I have not seen much use of RB in standard but in Limited format, its used greatly on low track defenders like RS in standard format.

Again, Rock Libra is not a good setup, Dragon King's options are much better.

If you're that bent on using Rock Libra for Defense, try: Rock Libra R145/85 RS/CS.

Like others have already said, you'd be better off not using Rock for Defense. If you want to use Libra in a Defense custom, just use it in place of Pegasis II on the Defense customs DRAGON KING suggested for you.
