For a Stamina-Defense hybrid, the best Metal Wheel of yours for that purpose is Earth.

We could be of even more help to you if we knew all of your parts and what type of stadium it is that you'll be playing in (as that would affect the combos we'd recommend), though.

Purple Pony already answered a similar question of yours earlier today, and his answer would also apply to this question, but the Stamina combo he suggested would be better if D were used over WD. Any top-tier Attack combo would also perform well against Basalt 230CS.
