Only Lightning and Meteo fit on L-Drago, and Perseus, but that's illegal and would probs break, but Lightning is better than Meteo, only if your not going for an Absorb L-Drago. Either way, it's the same result.

For pure attacking, Lightning is usually better than Meteo. A good combo would be MF-H LLD CH120RF or MF-H Lightning L-Drago BD145LRF.

For spin-stealing combined with attack, Meteo is the better option. However, Meteo normally sees use in pure spin-steal combos, so just stick with Lightning.
