The Burn Aquario is bad and Earth Cancer is decent but with those combos and you parts, here's a good combo.

Burn Cancer/Aquario 105WD

You're best off just using Earth Aquario W105WD as anything else would be worse. Destabilizers are not effective by the method Thermal uses.

No its not.
First off, that isn't a Stamina setup. If you are trying to make an equalizer, try a lower track.
Also, by fast, if you mean to say that it moves very quickly, then I think your EWD is worn.
