Top tier material for defense even though Bull would be better

Yes it is. But it would be better to put Horogium or Bull on it. It's your choice.

In the testing, Horogium was used as the clear wheel. It seemed to do well but I do agree. It would have been better mention those others.

Orso is a downgrade of bull from my understanding (ie weighs 3.5g and has ok weight distribution), and it is still a pretty good clear wheel. Too bad the parts it come with are all outclassed

It itself is outclassed.
Orso Has Bad Not OK Weight Distribution.
Bull, Gasher/Cancer, Aquario Kerbecs Outclass It.

Well, it is still better than most clear wheels, I think... And it's weight distribution is not bad, it is similar to bull. It has two 'claws' on either side of the clear wheel that have most the weight, similar to bull.

That's a great defense combo try changing H145 to GB145 or if you need recoil to do like how you told R145
