I'm going to list them in order of effectiveness, within each type.

attack- mf lightning l drago 100 rf, ray _____ 100 rf (don't worry about getting quetz, unless it's for collection)
Defense- mf earth bull 230 rsf/cs, mf earth bull gb145 rsf/cs
Stamina- earth bull 90/df145/230 wd/sd (this one isn't ordered in effectiveness, for the tracks- 90/85 beats 145, 145 beats 230, 230 beats 85/90)
