I want to know if there is a way i can build a blue wolf MF blade, sorry my fav colour is blue and my favorite animal is a wolf.

The only thing i can think of straight of the bat is using Storm Pegasis parts but i dont have parts and i don't about all of them so i'd thought i'd post here to see if anyone has any better ideas.

If you don't have any MFB parts yet we can not help you make a combo.
However, you can go check out the competitive MFB combos and then you can have a clear idea on which Beys to buy in order to build those combos.

diamondclimax gave you the best dang advice. Anywho, for starters I would suggest buying BB-32 this package comes with Pegasis 105RF, dark wolf, 2 launchers, and an attack stadium. Once you get this you have all the basic necessities. After you order this, I'd suggest looking at the links diamond posted to get an idea of what you need.

No way man...no way...
There are 3 kinds of Beyblade:
Plastics (eg.the Dragoon GT you're talking about)
HMS (eg. Death Gargoyle MS)
and MFB (eg. Storm Pegasis)

These 3 generations are not compatible, therefore you cannot add a Spin Gear (Plastic) to a Bey like Storm Pegasis (MFB).

It would be great if you can take some time to read these articles in the Beywiki.
