Rock Bull H145WB ... You really need a better Defense Track, as well as an actual Rubber Flat Bottom again.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure that any Defense based combos using Rock will not be 'nearly top-tier' since the Wheel has too much recoil...

If you could change the Track of this combo to DF145 or 145, it will be a very good Stamina type...

However, Rock would still be better than Flame in terms of Defense.
