I took a girl on a date to a swamp before.
Girl's got swag, hah.

All mine have been to rather mundane places. Usually the city for a nice dinner, cafe and movies/some other sort of entertainment. I've taken a few on picnics where I cook/buy some nice food as well which has usually given me good results.
Last time I tried that, I knocked my water all over the table and caused everyone in the restaurant to look at us.
Haha, smooth.

Could have been worse though, I have friends who've had dates walk out on them.
Wow, I think that this is the first time this particular thread has actually lightened up. Pinching_eyes

BTW Deikailo, that swamp date sounds like nothing. Nothing is more intense than taking your date out to play Ninja Gaiden all night long.
Hah I avoid arcades if I can, I get pretty fired up when I play.

BEST. DATE. EVER.
Hah last time I was with a girl who was moderately interested at an arcade, I got competitive over Tekken 6(she's a gamer) and kept playing till I won a game.

Anyway my date tonight went really well, she loved it hah. We went to eat Thai for dinner where we had a mango and soft shell crab salad, fish cakes, and pad C ew. I had also bought Harry Potter 3d tickets earlier in preparation which she liked, then ended the night with hot chocolate and cake in a cafe then walking her to her parent's car. All in all not too bad hah.

now i am confinced that you deserve dater of the year award on this site
my mam and dad were living in two different areas (mam=Navan, Ireland.Dad=Kilmessan, Ireland). My Mam and Dad were each others first girl/boyfriend at 19 (Dad) and 20? (Mam).(off topic) Sadly they split up last year (January) after 17 years of marriage. since then my dad has had two girlfriends. (he's still with the 2nd one)

confusing but sad story. common now a days though
Well, idk how much longer me and my bf are going to work out.....Today when we kissed, his mom saw. Nobody in his family knew about us and now I feel horrible about the whole thing and I'm depressed as hell..........I'm not sure if he's mad or not but I wouldn't be surprised if he was. Uuuuuugh /facedesk
i dont know all you irl life so here it goes. well i like this girl in my class. were friends and we talk everyday, i think she likes me to. like she leans her head on my shoulder. im worried that if i say something and she doesnt like me then it will ruin are friendship. what should i do?
Don't say anything, stay with what your doing, unless something goes wrong, explain it out.
idk im still kinda worried. only 1 school year left till we go to different highschools. so i dont want to do nothing. but i also dont want to just tell her i like her Uncertain
maybe i will get us tickets to harry potter next week. i personally dont like it but i know she loves harry potter.
Just Do It.

If you're going to diff HS's, try to her number after the movie!
i have her number if thats what u meant by "try to her number". were friends we hang out a lot.
Well, I think if everything goes great at the movies, you two should take it to the next lev-el! <--Read how it's spelled...
If things don't go that great... i.e. spilling soda on her, etc., stay friends. This is incredibly basic advice and I got it all from TV, I have no experience in dating Unhappy
lol the thing is. if you try to take it to the next "Lev-el" its not that easy just to go back to being friends. ima see if she wants to go to the movies week. ima have to work my carp of though cuz i have no cash. spent it on galaxy pegasus dx set. so time to get working i guess!
Good luck, man, hope things go well between you and her!

Stay friends. You screw up, things get awkward. Then the friendship goes down the drain. Keep things simple, as if you somehow manage to goof up too bad, things'll get REALLY weird. After that, everything implodes on your friendship. NOTE: This is the safer road. Pick for yourself, but keep the possible consequences (And your age) in mind. If things go from hinting to flat-out awkward, bail. Tell her that things are gettin' awkward, and you want to stay friends. Hints can indeed be misinterpreted, my friend. VERY badly.
scary thoughts. i thinks she likes me back. shes always talking to me. our school went to the beach last friday and she dragged me off my towl to dance with her to dynamite by taio cruz. and she leans he head on my shoulder. so again i dont really want to keep things to simple
Won't that just make things worse after next year? I mean, you ARE going to different high schools, plus you're only in the 8th grade at this point. It's your choice, but you're rushing the idea of a relationship when you're a bit too young to know what a relationship is in the first place. Just don't screw up if you won't take my advice, but expect a LOT of awkwardness.
