Could anyone help me with the look of my blog? I would be grateful!

There's a small bug with my blog. Whenever I try to change the background, it doesn't show up, even though it says "It has been applied." I also tried removing the current background, but nothing seemed to work.

If anyone could help me with this problem, that would be great! It's taken me an hour, and I still having found out a solution...
