I have those parts so I can test it's Speed and Stunts

That's great. Have you thought of what you will be doing the tests on? (Areas, Road, floor, skating ramp, etc.)

Well I will probably be using my hallway but it's not that big but i'll try

Probably because of the pattern, and with the little "spikes" coming out of the core. But, I guess that's what happens when people focus so much on the appearance of the bey, rather then the performance.

A hallway would work fine, as long as it doesn't have much "bumps".

Well, I'm going to post it here, though I believe I did a couple pages back. (This is me, just on the beywheelz site)

Tri Me Wrote:I bought a BeyWheel not that long ago and immediately thought of ideas for a metagame structure. I came up with a launching technique that I find very useful. (NOTE- I am not good at describing stuff like Insomniac)

The most effective I could come up with is basically exactly like the sliding shoot.

This works for me, Please test to autheticate this if you own at least one BeyWheel. It's best done in long, flat surfaces. After mastering it, the Wheel should be able to go straight without turning or going crazy and spilling your cat's food bowl....

Anyways.... I changed the name to "Straight Shoot".

Rules for Straight Shoot
  • Hold the launcher close to the ground, I keep mine around 1"-2" off the ground.
  • Don't lean the launcher much, which can result in turning.
  • Make sure it's held straight out.
  • Pull the ripcord towards your body, but also push the launcher away from your body.
  • Be sure not to rip to hard because the Ripcords can slip easy.

This technique though only seems to work with smoother cores, though.
lolz, look at this conversation while I was gone! Smile

Tri, I belive that you would do a better job at posting this stuff than I, and I did not see you post about this, so I apologize.
I feel like the Molten attack gear would be good for making turns and curves.
Would it matter if the wheel was more than 2" above the ground?

And back to the conversation about Doom, I have Doom, Mane, but not Pegasus. I get the feeling that I will be getting it soon though, since I want the energy core for my Speed/Stunt combo.
I will most likely be choosing Soaring Wing Pegasus, but don't you guys think this is starting to become more of a general BeyWheelz conversation rather then doing what the thread itself was meant for?
What was the thread intended for? lolz... Was it for a metagame structure? i though it was a place to talk about the toys. So wouldn't this be on topic?
It was initially for metagame structure, but then it "evolved" to "Beywheelz General Discussion", aha.
I'm trying to figure out soft surface methods here.

Claw Stomper Bull has a sharp thrust because of how the launcher coheres with the spirit shield. It's near impossible to work with my rooms small size. We don't have much carpet here.
I was at the store today, I was torn from should I buy Soaring Wing Pegasus, or Claw Shredder Kerbecs. I looked at the two beys, then I noticed the claw designs on Kerbec's Energy Core. I thought then claws may give a bad effect on the performance, so I bought Soaring Wing Pegasus. Also, when I launch my new Pegasus, it falls off, an d roles back to me. Did I put the Energy Core on backwards?
I think it was a manufacturing disorder. Either that or you're holding the launcher with your right hand and pulling the cord with your left.
Wait, we don't hold it with our right?! If I held it with my left, it would be aimed right towards my body. EDIT: Oh, never-mind. Sorry for the pointless post, I should've looked into the problem more, sorry.... ,
All wheelz are left spin. Holding it with your right hand makes it aim towards your body.
Check out the bbg video on beywheelz either on youtube or the beywheelz community. They launch the beywheelz there so you can see how it works.
I was holding it wrong, I figured it out, but now I feel all stupidy and stuff.
Alright soo my mom said she would take me to target this weekend, she just doesn't know which. I'm thinking Sunday though.
I'm gonna get Soaring Wing Pegasus to improve my speed/stunt type. Are their any other beywheelz that I should get?

IF you want to test Speed then get Pegasus,Destroyer and see which is faster,Soaring or Slash
Well I just got Soaring, lolz. My mom and I thought that Soaring would be faster since it wouldn't have to resist much as much as slash... or at least that's what it LOOKED like. I think I will just get slash at a later date. At least now I have all of the wheelz owned by Team Astraia.
Could someone else test the two though? Bobmcdoogal, don't you have Slash and Soaring?
Tonight I got my second BeyWheel, Wild Mane Leone! Its actually really powerful. @Anosonih Sama; Its actually spelled Team Estrella.
Oh.. well.. uh.... that doesn't make any sense at all how they spell it
It's probably foreign. The BeyWheelz anime isn't very described, but that's because it only had 13 episodes, but lets try to stay on topic, k?

I can do Speed tests with Soaring and Slash
OK great. Post the results if you want. Or you can just PM me.
I'd do them, if it wasn't so difficult to tell which one is faster lol.
It shouldn't be too hard, do you have one of those stop watch thingys?
Yeah, I have one lol.
I suppose when my friends come over tonight I can get one of them to time it. I don't have a long stretch of pavement or anything to use it on so yeah. That might be why I can't tell the difference, but they're both around the same speed from my experience.
