Is there a way to get burst beys to move around more in mfb stadiums? mine just kinda stay in the middle and do nothing, even attack types.

You can try launching harder or change the driver on your burst beys, otherwise I don't think that there is another way to do it, since the slopes of the mfb stadium are meant for mfb beys, not burst.
