so basicly, they will not change their stadiums but they still want you to buy from them. So they send you a mere $3 coupon? Pathetic :\

It is pretty pathetic, but a least they gave me a coupon. Oh well.

Even though, i highly doubt they will give everyone a $3 coupon to everyone, they probably randomly selected your letter to reply to. :\

I live down the street from them. So I'm guessing that's the reason.
An automated reply isn't a no. Then again, it's no where near yes. Really they just ignored you and thought a three dollar coupon would keep you occupied. They could have at least given you eight dollars to buy a single Blade. :v

or could have CHANGED THEIR STADIUMS!!!..........honestly, i do not think they care about customer satisfaction..

Heh, were on the same train. I mean, I thank them for bringing beyblades here, but how are we gonna use half of them if we don't have a good, non-imported stadium?
I agree Smile
Me and my brother have both sent one over Smile
I put the image link on Facebook's Beyblade page.
... That is so bad though.

Nah...

It means the actually at least kinda cared.

IMO importing is way more enjoyable than buying from walmart or something.
In my opinion they just try to satisfy you with a small coupon while not really caring about the actual request ... That is why it is bad.

Yeah isn't that wat most companies do give you a coupon for there on product that you had problems with
well, if there are approx 15,000 members on tbe WBO and right now, let us say 500 are actuve users. if 500 users send this form (which was fixed right? no more errors?) to hasbro, and they respond with a $3 coupon, then they will have lost 1500 to fans lol (theoreticly)

it iant a bad gesture. true most companies wold just ignore this sorta thing, yet this does almost nothing to solve our problem. what is our next course of action?
Hey, I got a reply!

And it's the exact same thing that RayJoker got.

Woohoo! $3! >.>
So they just ignore these and give you 3 bucks?LOL.but seriously, keep sending them or make a more serious letter, something like:"Youve ignored just about 200 people, were serious,MAKE THE STADIUM!!!!!"(over exaduratedly)

The coupon costs the retailer 3$, and costs Hasbro 8$.
Well i got mine too, I guess they're not gonna make the stadiums. Unhappy
HELLO EVERYBODY:
When Hasbro sends you a $3 off coupon, they lose no money, except the price of ink, paper, and return postage.
The retailer eats the $3.
They really aren't losing anything giving it to you.
Furthermore $4000 is nothing, especially to a large company.
