Simple. It's in the Pegasus Thunder Whip stadium, which is horrible.

EDIT: Wait.. hang on. Maybe I should watch the video first.
EDIT 2: It's because they're both horrid Stamina types (Storm Aquario is in S mode). S gets knocked off balance easily, and C145 scrapes the floor, which kills Flame Sagittario's spin. If it weren't for the music, you could hear the plastic striking the floor.

If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.

RS is trash and should hopefully be outclassed soon.
