Yes, the ban list is a list of the parts that are banned, so you cannot use them.

It does not appear to be on the banlist, so you should be good!

Yeah, should be the GT tournament if I'm not mistaken. As far as banned stuff. Yeah, all of that is banned. As far as layers, besides the hasbro burst turbo exclusive layers, everything outside of dual and single layers are banned, and same thing with disks. Besides zenith and outer, everything named by a single letter is legal, things like gravity, heavy, force, and knuckle are legal, so keep that in mind!
For everyone attending this event: I didn't make this clear before, but the items on the watch list are also BANNED at this tournament. This is it for all who need it:

Tha banlist is the same as normal Burst Classic, except with the following changes:
BAN:
Drift
Bearing Drift
Metal Drift
Metal Bearing Drift
+Z chip

UNBAN:
Accel'

A watchlist is a list of parts that may be too powerful but are not banned so staff make sure to keep and eye on those parts to be safe. However in this tournament parts mentioned on the watchlist ARE banned.
(Jun. 14, 2023  5:23 AM)ColeTrain07 Wrote: What kind of parts?
Typically parts that are strong enough to be acknowledged as a problem, but not strong enough that it's a clear cut contender to be banned. The specific parts are mentioned in the announcement  post above.
So is Bearing dash and High extend plus dash legal in the tournament?

No, they will not be.

Quick announcement for yall! For anyone not sure about parts or how to get them, I will be selling parts at the tournament. I have some stuff I have exclusively for selling, but some stuff I may decide to sell later on. I plan to sell stuff anywhere from $10-$20 for layers, $5-$15 for disks, $5-$20 for drivers, and $15-$30+ for beys (note: prices arent set in stone, but this is probably what they will look like). Feel free to send me a private message if you have any questions on what I have. I'll be willing to do bundle deals If you plan to buy more stuff, but due to how old and rare some of these parts can be, these are the prices that I've settled with. Thanks for reading, and good luck in the tournament!

This is something I've been working on for a few days, and it's something that should help out everyone who's unfamiliar with this format. If you don't know what Burst Classic is (and even if you do) I'd very much recommend watching this. This is a guide to legal parts in classic and how to tell what's legal and what isn't. Thank you! Feel free to ask any questions you have regarding this tournament or video! https://youtu.be/AnezFB5uoiQ
