CGS Hotel Information

To entice Bladers to come from out of town/state for this, We will be offering 3 tournaments from Friday-Sunday. Also Recruitment sessions. We will have vendors on site.

Each tournament will get their own thread when time gets closer

And remember to read the Rules . It will make the lives of the judges a little bit easier.

i allready know what hotel i am going in. if there is a certian hotel, please tell me imedietly. we dont think we can chang. charizard and i will be in the same hotel.

There is no certain hotel. The hotels cgs os using is the Holiday Inn Express. Call them and they cam gove you info on the deal.

Just letting everyone know. You need to register on the Carolina Game Summit site to get into the system. CGS also has hotel deals for $80USD. This does not include a ticket. Currently no one is registered for this event under CGS. This needs to change now.

Bazooka will of course be comong with me and we will be purchasing his ticket when we arrive. If this is a problem let me know. I also just checked the CGS site and didn't see where to register. Am I to assume that when tickets are bought, you are automatically registered?

Its been fixed. Thank you for pointing that out.

Also. Primus will be officially hosting Gladiators Unite!!! on Friday February 1st 2013. This will be a Zero G event at Tier Zero. I will not be hosting because I will be at the College getting stuff ready/going insane. This thread will be up by Monday of next week. I need to know who can attend this event ASAP by PM now.

Its up in the air if i will be attending. It will depend on what time i get done at the college. Gladiators Unite!!! Will take place around 5pm or so. If i can get there within a reasonable amount of time Ill play.
