The episode review:

The episode was fine, there really isn't much going on besides the interactions of character when they're paired up while Phi is all by his lonesome. Ranjiro and Souh get paired up, Souh seemingly not wanting to work with Ranjiro as I would expect so Gumita hilariously tries to convince him to with her act seen at the end of the trailer which Souh hilariously doesn't seem to fall for. Kyle and Xhan are paired up again, and I think Kyle is trying to cozy up to Xhan this time, laughing together and actually practicing this time, but it's just an act from him. Not much to say for Fubuki and Aiga. Houi and Laban is an odd pair but it's just Laban watching Houi doing archery and being bored watching it (at least from what I gather).

Kyle actually works with Xhan this time and doesn't clown around like he did last time, allowing Xhan to one shot Ranjiro which he should've done in episode 19. Souh did contribute to this as he ricochet his bouncing beyblade from Ragnaruks tornado to Xcalibur, causing Ranjiro to wobble and lose spin, meaning now Souh is the one clowning around. Now Ranjiro gone, Kyle uses a strategy involving clashing Xcalibur to get it to click and use fourth (fifth?) Impact to ANNIHILATE Souh, which was kind of obvious and spoiled in the trailer. Kyle and Xhan obviously win again, and this time with both in the stadium thanks to their cooperation.

Laban and Houi vs Aiga and Fubuki was pretty intense and the ending of the match is not how I expected. So Houi gets easily beaten by Aiga, jeez Houi what did they do to you? Laban seemed to get the upper hand against Aiga at first as he constantly tosses him around until Fubuki saves the day by... pushing both beyblades against a wall and bursting them... well it doesn't matter since Aiga still technically wins seeing as this is a tag team match. Plus Fubuki was so awesome here.

It shows at the end that Phi has four stars, Xhan, Aiga and Kyle are tied at three, Laban and Fubuki has two and Ranjiro, Houi and Souh are tied at a miserable one, but maybe they'll make up for it.

The episode is fine, not my favourite but I thought it was okay.

well looking on how the story is going , phi beats whoever makes it to the final most probably aiga. than go on challenge valt and wins it. but if it's like the usual aiga will somehow get throw phi but I don't about the winning valt so early. but personally I would like it to fubuki or xhan to go on fight phi. but still lose to phi.

Did you forget Lui and ( new ) free ,? ( Phi has shown his true power and BLACK Revive Pheonix , so I think he will have his Black eyes as shown in the MANGA !! )

Hans down my favourite episode. The character interactions were ton of fun, there aren't many animes with as fleshed out characters as this. The battles were great.
I personally loved the first one, glad to see Suoh didn't fall to the dumpster of irrelevancy like Houi or Ranjiro did, and actually put up a solid fight.
Suoh x Gumita was hilarious, but I have a feeling that we won't be seeing it in the dub LOL
