the ending is awesome. The one in the last season was pretty cringy but this is very light hearted and reminds me of the zero-g ending.

An awesome episode! No words to describe it! And that ending song, I think Bey-Pop? is just awesome and that cute animation for this song goes really well with it! The animation of the episode was itself great.. And the preview for the next episode is again amazing.. After this episode, Chou Z series has all of my full attention..

Beyblade Burst Super-Z - Episode 1 (Review)

Not bad for the first episode of Super-Z, if a little rushed in some areas.

The theme song does kick some αmaterios Spread Survive, it's really epic and the clips are fun to watch.

For the episode, Valt is in search for the legendary blader, Taiga (Aiga's father) and in return, Taiga creates a new bey for him. I feel that the first segment was a little rushed since Valt's mission is never introduced very clearly and seems to have put him in the situation too soon, they did this in the God series too but this felt more rushed. The introduction for wV also feels rushed, I suppose SgV is no longer on par with the current system in the anime but it'd be interesting to see him use it first.

Aiga's inspiration for zA's design also feels uninspired but I do like that he was able to make it on his own.

I do like Taiga so far since he seems like an interesting father. Even though I'm not a huge fan of mysterious fathers in anime, Taiga seems like that perfect balance since he's still present but clearly has more to him than meets the eye. I also like that he is a more serious father. Aiga is okay, a little generic IMO but he isn't annoying and seems a bit smarter and more competent than Valt and surprisingly doesn't argue that much with Valt compared to someone like Daichi and Masamune.

The battle was pretty cool too actually since Valt and Aiga were pretty well-matched and was pretty explosive (heh heh, get it...). Of course, Aiga lost but he was so close to winning a point.

The Bey-POP... is far better than the awful BeyExercise theme. It's a lot cuter with the adorable animation that reminds me of Turning Mecard's ED and the singing is pretty charming.

Whilst the episode wasn't the greatest, it was still alright and I'm still excited for the next episode.

Everybody BEY-POP!! Damn,that ending was amazing!! Also,it does look like Ranjirou might be a different character than Rantaro by the looks of it.

The intro is cool and visually interesting, I like the fast paced and energetic rock of it and the clips are a plenty. The episode feels fresh and new, though I do have to ask why gV was upgraded, as it never broke like V2 did. Well anyway, wV is so powerful it blew a rooftop off, I mean wow. And Aiga seems to be very inspired from the metal display of a warrior. Oh and yeah both Valkyrie and Achilles has voices now and Achilles talks too, in some imagination probably.

So yeah, there's really not much to say honestly, it's really similar to the manga but makes things a bit clearer. The new intro is still cool oh AND the Beypop theme is really catchy and cool, way better than that awful Beyxercise theme. Also it's weird that some God beys were relegated to generic beys now, such as bK, kD, mG and sadly kS too.

Yeah, Valt asks for a Super Z Beyblade before Taiga even mentions them. Apparently Zoro told him about them as an evolution for his Valkyrie, and sent him to Taiga as he's a "Legendary BeyTrainer" who works on them.

man i love the new intro

It's very clear how this kid is very inspired by Valt. From the minute Winning Valkyrie displayed it's new power Aiga was hooked. I can't wait to see the characters in the series.
