I finally saw the episode and Quon Kimidori is now Quon Lemon and Gou Chakage is, I think, Game Rudai.

Sunrights has secured broadcast deals with K2 in Italy, Boing in Spain, Nickelodeon in Israel, Kadet in the Netherlands, Panda in Portugal, Star Channel in Greece, and Cartoon Network in Latin America and Turkey.

As I previously confirmed, Gulli will begin airing the series in France this fall. Hasbro's Beyblade Burst Tour website also indicates the show may surface on YTV in Canada, though that could easily be a mistake.

I guess that only leaves the UK and South East Asia?

Hm kadet seems too be a belgian TV Channel.. and i have personaly yet too see it on the tv in the Netherlands(and i cant find anything online about it having a dutch channel either) so im not sure how that will work out, i think its more likely that it will be aired on Disney XD as wikipedia says that kadet mainly broadcasts series that also on Disney XD but i guess we will see
