My review for this episode: (contains episode spoilers)

So yeah, this is just the pre-requisite "returning legendary blader vs main character in order to show how incredible they are by winning"...

Expect...

... It's not. Yeah, surprise surprise, Shu actually lost, and he lost 2 - 0, pretty interesting huh? When I first saw this, I thought Shu won 2 - 0 or 2 - 1, because I didn't notice that he caught his bey before Belial burst in Round 2, and I thought Round 1 was a draw, but both wins are Belial's.

I know that Shu is facing against a heavily upgraded Belial but you'd expect him to only lose when Bell had the S Gear. But then again, considering he beat Valt in the same setup, at least it doesn't make Valt look as "weak", as he scored a point against Bell. Shu also caught his bey and realized that Spriggan almost burst, so either Bell could've won 3 - 0 or that it could've ended as 1 - 0 if it was a double burst.

I doubt Shu went easy on him, as he seemed to be spirited during the fight and Shu seemed frustrated by his loss. Honestly, Shu will come back and win, given that Bell seemed intimidated by him by the end.

Another note is, we finally see Shu as just another competitor again, no unnecessary huge focus or mentor to some character, so hey!

This episode is certainly something, definitely not what I expected, so that's interesting. Next battle is against Free and there's no way Free should be able to weasel another victory this time.

*Picks up Computer* Um, you still working? Yeah, I broke this thing pretty bad. But this episode totally makes up for it! So, the episode jumps straight into the action and we get Bell Vs Shu! So, Shu starts off in Left Spin mode, and Belial comes at it with a Venture Shoot but Spriggan absorbs all the hits, and then Belial slams into Spriggan with its rubber blade from F Gear and they both knock each other out, but Spriggan lands first, in the second battle, Shu goes in Clockwise Attack Mode then starts off with an "Astral Spark" which is basically a powerful flurry of attacks but then Bell powers up and uses a Dynamite Bomb Shu powers up (Spriggan's avatar looks sick) and uses Astral Slash! and Bell and Shu basically blow everything up, Spriggan gets shot into Shu's hand and Belial bursts, Shu says Bell won, but then Bell goes, NO, IMA BE A LITTLE KID AND SAY YOU WON! And then Shu has to explain what basically happened and for Bell Shu turned into a freaking Giant towering over him, and Shu walks away smiling, and Bell's just looking at Belial in its bursted state. Fast forward Bell is talking to Illya and then Bell goes to the gang and tells them about his battle with Shu, they start fanboying after they found out Bell won, and apparently Bell didn't count that as a real win, he talks to Belial and both of them are frustrated (YOU WON, DEAL WITH IT BELL) and he decided to make the S Gear, the gang is smiling and Bell's gramp was laughing (Evily) It's also revealed that Shu was inspired to make Astral Spriggan after seeing the battle with Bell and Lui which is cool and explains why he was gone for most of the season. Overall it was a good episode and I really enjoyed it 8/10

So Bell realises spriggan has rubber and it has a clockwise spin so when belial can't get a good hit, shu is just like have you given up? Then Bell says no and does a Venture Shoot but spriggan does not move from the centre and is just chilling then Belial goes in for a rubber showdown and gets both beys sent flying, both bell and Shu are shocked then Illya says spriggan will win and I think it did then go again, then spriggan leans on its driver and speeds up and Illya is like it's so fast, then the metal on spriggan starts glowing and attacks belial then bell is like "it has metal?" Then shu ignores him and says this is it! Astral spark THEN spirggan is like a Jet and bits with a barrage of attacks but BETTER then bell is like what is this insane power then shu says come at me even more! Belial dodges Spriggans attack and shu smiles then shu Roars and says THIS IS IT SPRIGGAN!!!! and at this point Shi has gone all out THEN SHI IS LIKE ASTRAL SLASH THEN A HUGE EXPLOSION happens and you guys no the rest

Oh i forgot to mention this an my review but damm Spriggan avatar looks beastly & intimidating he looks like those prenium yu gi oh/vanguard/buddyfight/battle spirit final boss cards lol.  Theirs another thing I want to point I don’t know if anyone here has watch the anime gundam build fighter try (yea i'm gunpla collecter too) its a nice anime but their a character called lucas nemesis (which if anyone watch the prequel gundam build fighter they'll know him) now an try he has become a monster or a freak as he called himself of a pilot to the point they had to 3 vs 1 until wilfrid kijima(the Main rival of the series) request to fight him 1 vs 1 & he won but despite that he won wilfrid And his teamates (Who by the way are also beast at piloting their gunplas their top class) felt they lost even though they won for anyone Who is interest the fight happen an episode 21 . That shu vs Bell match felt they same even though Bell won he felt like he was inferior to shu even so him as a intimidating Wall so even & lost the writers manage to make shu look strong they actually did a nice job For that match

So Spriggan is no High nor Low mode in the second battle
