"Okay, Salamander. Let's win this thing! Hit 'em hard!" exclaimed Elijah.
"Dodge it," said the boy.
Salamander drifted quickly across the stadium. It hit the opposing bey with a mighty smash. It flew out of the stadium.
"The winner is...Elijah Griffin!" said the DJ.
The crowd cheered loudly.
"Yeah I did it!" he said.
On his way out of the park, the DJ stopped him.
"Hey, kid. Awesome performance. How would you like to come to WBBA HQ?" he said.
"Sure! That would be awesome," said Elijah.
And that's how it began.
