No Limit Holdem! (And maybe some Limit Holdem too!)
Hi everyone! This is the official thread for our December tournament being held at the Bethesda Marriott in Bethesda, MD on Sunday, December 15. The main tournament on Sunday will be Zero-G, but in honor of the new Limited Format we will try to have a Limited format tournament immediately after the Zero-G tournament. It all depends on the turnout and timing, but we will do our best to make it happen!
The Bethesda Marriott Hotel is located just west of the intersection of 495, 270, and 355 (Rockville Pike). Parking in the surrounding neighborhood is available for free on Pooks Hill Road, but space is limited and first come first served! Otherwise there is parking in the Marriott Lot for $15.

Registration: 11:00am - Noon Seriously, show up on time please!
Start time: Noon-thirty-ish
End time: 3pm for No Limit Holdem - 5pm for the Limited tourney
Format: TBD depending on number of bladers
Stadiums: BBG-04 Attack, BBG-11 Defense, and BBG-18 Balance (who knows which one we will use?)
Surface: Indoors with cardboard
Fees: $5 room fee, but there are no tournament fees!! As part of the WBO Anniversary celebrations there are no entry fees from Dec 14 - 22nd!
MFB Prizes: Zero-G beys and gear (TBD)

Need-to-Know Information

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.
2. Arrive On Time
You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.
3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings
We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!
4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours
This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!
5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called
Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!
6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions
All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.
7. Players Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent/Guardian
If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.
8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited
Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.
9. Terms of Service
All event attendees and users of this website are subject to our Terms of Service.

I'm sorry if this caused anyone any trouble. I told everyone in the last thread that this was going to be the weekend for the tournament and that getting the hotel (at a rate that wasn't going to break the bank) was going to be a challenge.
Does your post mean that you aren't going to be able to make it?

Yes, now that I have negotiated the rate with Bethesda there won't be any further delays with this location. I was able to get them down to $150 for the room rental - which means that now I will only spend around $100 of my own money each month to make sure that we have a reliable blading venue during the winter...
@arupeao. Yes my post means that I won't be able to because of not having the exact date I couldn't take off of my work.

10 Bladers made it out to 2013's last Zero-G tournament in Maryland: No Limit Holdem! And 9 of those stuck around for the area's very first Limited tournament: Limit Holdem!
In Zero-G Attack stadiums, the final standings for No Limit Holdem are:
1st place: geetster99

4th place: Time
In BB-10 Attack stadiums, the final standings for Limit Holdem are:
