I will have a 1on1 tournament but I'm wondering what is the best option to use... Among my best options I have Cobalt Dragoon 1-60/5-60/4-55 Elevate/Level, Phoenix Wing 1-60 Low Rush/Rush/Level and Hells Scythe 9-60B, are my best options I think.

For 1-on-1s, the best results come from playing it safe ...meaning playing lame. Using any type of heavy stamina combo is your best bet.
