Duel Masters would've gotten into that if WotC didn't stop funding the game. When they imported the game from Japan, they took away from the rules like the 40 card limit and tried to change banned/restricted cards into less "broken" cards and put them back into the general populace. It was alright up until later sets when obviously broken stuff wasn't restricted/banned due to no banlists and no deck limit took a lot of skill out of deck making. I could go one for a while taking about this, so I'll stop. In summation, removing staple structural elements (40 card limit, banlists) made DM lose appeal because when more broken things came out, on top of more destruction and discard elements, people stopped having fun because only a select few of decks were playable competitively.
Quote:ahhhh i get you but thats not what i was meaning by battle strickers and beyblades you win by doing the same thing out spining or knocking out but i guess they do it by diffrent ways is that what you mean?
I mean that Battle Strikers present a new mechanic for players to achieve this with the controllable, magnetic aspect. Beyblade tried to do it with RC tops, but ultimately failed.
