BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion - Spring 2010 (Canada) Fall 2010 (USA & UK)

Ironic, huh? Now watch Hasbro pull a U-turn on us and be dumb just to prove me wrong...

I'm not sure why everyone thinks Hasbro is retarded..

They're as big and powerful as they are for good reasons, and incompetence isn't one of them. While certain things they have done with the previous Beyblade lineup were questionable, they did provide their shareholders with the necessary returns.

I would not be surprised if there are quite a few different people working on this project and they probably have their own input.
I'm pretty sure this is basic marketing, and moreover, a tactic they employed during the previous launch of Beyblade.
Partially that as well as operations management. They expect a huge surge in demand, so they also want to smooth out any major supply chain issues. Like Brad stipulated they would want to minimize the risk of shortages since compensating for that can be quite expensive.
That was actually directed at Firelord, haha. But yes, I totally understand the reasoning behind the decision.
I knew that. I was merely extrapolating on your point. Smile
They're bringing it to Toyfair 2010; this is their description of some of what they're bringing. Metal Fusion was a highlighted product, the description may be an exact copy and paste of the recent info we've learned about though:

Also, out of severe boredom I've done some digging up on BeybladeBattles.com, and Beyblade.com.

Hasbro registered BeybladeBattles.com on October 13, 2009. Its expiration date is October 13, 2011. Corus registered Beyblade.com on March 28, 2001. Its current registration ends March 28, 2013.

Also this company called Basic Fun has signed on to bring the keychain blades over:

BeyBlade keychains are miniature battling tops. Each comes complete with a keychain launcher. Series 1 includes Pagasis, Sagittario and Rleone. Series 2 includes: Dbull, Ldrago and Dwolf.

Wonder what blades Hasbro are gonna release first? I'm hoping:

Storm pegasus
Flame saggitario
Rock leone
Dark bull
L.L drago
Dark cancer
Storm Aquario
You do know that Hasbro may not release them how TT are with the parts on which bey, right?
But they are awesome beys i would want those but mainly S.peg and quetz.
Some of us where hoping for a Pegasus rather than Pegasis.

But, we get Pagasis. Fun stuff.
You have no reason to believe they wouldn't release them with the same parts. Also since they aren't releasing the pre hws series I doubt hasbro are gonna release quetz.
Part of me is sad knowing I shall never be able to finish my Pre-HWS collection. However part of me is very happy knowing that my Quetz are more valuable. Maybe I'll sell one when the price skyrockets.
Wonder what Beybladebattles.com is like? How do they battle? Do you custmize them?

How about we get back to you in a few months, when we actually know anything about that site...
Quertz has just become an investment. Keep it in a safe place and sell it off to a collector at a latertime. Smart, Khel.

As a matter a fact. all Beyblades will one day be collector items. I'll have to hold onto my Wolf wheel. Pre-HWS will be worth more than HWS when the time comes, if Hasbro fails to release them. At least, one could be led to believe that.
I just sold both of my quetz and pisces not knowing this 0_0
The info has been in this thread for a good few weeks now :\

Oh geez. I feel sorry for you.

I bet a lot of people are gonna take Pisces from their shop threads. Imagine what they'll be able to command in the future.

And careful with Pisces, LeeDraciel. You use that thing competitively right now, but it may break. Save it for tournaments.

Why would you sell both of your quetz?

Anyway, they are not too expensive on YJA yet; grab one NOW!

Especially before the official WBBA campaign ends in a few months.

Also, firelord767, it is spelt 'Quetzalcoatl'. There is no 'r'.
I needed money to buy my school books asap.
but um...

=.=
I spelled Quetz wrong AGAIN! Uh,

lol at least Pisces and Quetz (yes!) don't leave you in vain. Schoolbooks for rare beys, a BAD wonderful trade.

Some people don't read threads, I'd do my best to ignore them.
