You're not. Less weight generally decreases RPM.
That's my theory out the window XD I always thought that the lighter it was, the faster it is, but it can't sustain it very well because of the lack of weight.
You're right it is faster, but that's lateral movement not actual RPM. The heavier and rounder something is the faster it will be spinning. If it has a sharp tip (metal is best because of the limited friction) it will maintain the RPM even longer.
That explains why fairly heavy endurance types spin a long time then, theyre generally rounded.
Anyway back to upper attack.
A good base for it is something flat, fast and quite low, Otherwise it defeats the purpose of "upper" attack.
I've always had a problem with a dragoon storm base, so I recommend Grip attacker's as always
(if you have it that is)
