i think it is illegal for tournament use, but you can use it at home.
Does anyone know why Deathsycthers teeth wear so fast? I've legit done 5 battles and they're chipping...
Is there any good combos I can make out of the Roktavor and Nepstrius Dual pack (couldn't find build me a combo)
Roctavor Heavy Zephyr should be a good start.
can a mod please confirm that i cannot use a taped beylauncher handle? it does not give any sort of better or changed grip whatsoever

Meant Jail Jormungand, but you still have me the answer I wanted, so thanks!
I may not be a mod, but I have been looking over the rulebook. It doesn't specify anything about adding anything onto the launcher itself, however it does say that you CAN use a broken launcher handle. "Broken BeyLauncher Handle: BeyLaunchers may be used with broken handles." So I have a question. Can you use it without the tape on it?

Well, I do not know what the current Rulebook says, but in addition to that sentence, the past Rulebook also had this in the Illegal Modification page:
"·  Any modification of the Launcher or Launcher Grip that affects it in any way that is not explicitly approved in the "Legal Modification" section of this guide."
I'm not going to say I haven't overlooked it for I am human and make mistakes. However the only modifications mentioned in the current rule book (at least the one that is linked under the more section at the top of this site) that I have seen mention the Beyblade itself, but not the launcher. I will concede that its possible they were written with the Beyblade and launcher both in mind.

Such a shame, bought 4 hasbro burst beys and all 4 of them are completely loose and near-bootleg quality in terms of bursting in less than a month. Anybody know how to increase the friction between the slope and the driver?
@[Kai-V] it doesn't really effect the launcher at all for my benefit. It just keeps it together so I don't get cut on the jagged plastic

All I can say is that you should use a glove. It does benefit you in comparison to other Bladers who have to use broken handles, like myself, because it means that you have an easier time using a broken handle than the rest of us do hah. Even if it meant that the handle remained a very small shape, the tape has a very different texture than plastic and could give you an advantage in that it might slip less easily. It is in that mentality that applying anything non-official is illegal.
@[Kai-V] I never thought to use gloves thanks for letting me know!!

actually, to increase the friction is modifying the bey parts, not customizing them. so, because it is modifying them, it is illegal to increase the friction.
I'm interested in collecting any publications (like books) about the Beyblade franchise. Obviously there are the manga (in various forms) but in my travels online I have also found an inordinate number of non-fiction books and such, including a number of significant articles published (with an ISBN and everything) without any obvious input from Hasbro or Takara-Tomy. Accruing all the material is obviously a much larger task than I was expecting, made more difficult by the fact most of these books are Japanese. So before I open a dedicated thread...

QUESTION:

Is there an online list of all known Beyblade publications (books, magazines, articles, etc) where I can quickly reference my own internet finds? I'd hate to accidentally buy duplicates.

Well I have many in mind, but I do not know if there is a full list even on Beyblade Wiki. I do not know of any articles, besides those we may have posted about in the News forum in the past years (e.g. the article covering the North America scene led by Dark_Mousy, or that French article which interviewed Kei and I hah).

Very much so. Lost Longinus Gravity/Spread Hold is top-tier and allows you a lot of versatility. Kei also likes Lost Longinus on Revolve, but personally I find that it is not so good at stealing spin and being simply immobile.

Upon further investigation I have found two demon heads on roktavor and a birds face o. Horusood, subtle but it is indeed there...tell me in terms of hasbro wheels do we have say red valtryeks or green Horusood stuff yet or is it not on that level as of now?
