What is the gold plastic syndrome and how affects the beyblade

GPS in the gundam and transformer toy universe refers to some combination of specific plastic and specific metallic paint that makes the toy brittle and it crumbles over time.  it’s notorious and something people panic about. tbh, i’ve never experienced this issue with beys.
