well Roar Tyranno (Japanese: TyrannoRoar) is a retool of PhoenixWing (Soar Phoenix), with the same plastic components, but its metal component has been modified
so Soar Phoenix would work too

like i said, the components are the same but the metal component has been modified, and its got the same ratchet and bit

they are on the blue Hasbro version, at least. the red/brown SharkScale version has 1-70 level
