Takara Tomy has released all of the main series S and F Beyblades, as well as a Wolborg 1 and a Storm Pegasis from MFB in Random Booster 15. Hasbro has released all of the Plastic gen remakes so far except for Driger F, Draciel F, and Wolborg, and they haven't released Storm Pegasis. On a few of them (mainly Dragoon), Hasbro has also rounded off some of the contact points.
There's a collector's edition set by TT that's either recently been released or is scheduled to be released very soon that conveniently has all the Plastic gen remakes in it.
here's a link to an eBay listing, but I'm sure you could find one for a better price if you look around.
I don't think there has been many recorded breakages of any of the Layers, except for maybe a Driger S way back in 2016 when it was first released, so they all seem to be pretty durable compared to their original counterparts. In terms of competitive value, none of the Layers can compete in Burst Standard but both Drigers, Dranzer and Dragoon F, and Wolborg seem to be decently viable in Burst Classic. The Disks and Drivers they come with all have varying degrees of usefulness, but there's a few good parts in there as well.
