It looks like a pegasus or aquario, I don't know.
Maybe self made with 3d printing. Simple transparent plastic used. No TT product

Some fake companies woulf avoid making left spin beys back in my metal fight days, and this looks to be an example of this. It looks like a fake version of the lightning L-Drago wheel, meant to go on right spin metal Wheels.
