I have been looking for this part I have everywhere and I can't find it. I know it's almost identical to a Jade metal frame, but it's got no space for the bearings and I don't have any of the other Jade Jupiter parts. Would this be a fake part, or was there some weird Jade remake? 

Hasbro's Jade Jupiter had no moving bearings. Either it's hasbro or it's fake.
