So I was battling my friend with my cobalt dragoon and he decided to use his custom bey which I knew was a bad idea, and it ended up causing scratches and very small dents on the blade. Do you know wether or not if it's still tournament legal? The wear isn't extremely crazy, it looks like the wear that would happen during a regular battle, but I just didn't know.

A worn down part only becomes illegal if its performance changes. For example: if a N bit got worn to the point where its sharp end became flat and started acting aggressively when launched, it would be considered illegal since N is meant to act passively.

The only exception is when the gradual wearing down of a part is an officially advertised feature, mainly being the few beys in Burst with the renowned "Awakening" gimmick, but only those that specify.
