No. If you do, it will give it great burst resistance to the point of being illegal for tournament play and break the layer

Also you can not put a Hasbro driver on a TT layer. It will not break the layer but it is not allowed in tournament play

Unfortunately, nobody can mix layers and drivers of different brands (i mean, at least in wbo tournaments since you could make a combo with an unnatural burst resistance or break your own parts while assembling) because Hasbro layers have slopes while TT layers have teeth. So Hasbro layers with Hasbro performance tips and TT layers with TT drivers (discs, frames and launchers are free from this bind, rules-wise also). That's the main reason why most bladers freaked out when Hasbro made that major mod, until then the 2 companies were completely compatible. What a shame...
