Ok so I have decided to get a sieg Xcalibur but I am curious to know if it will break soon. I want to know after approximately how many launches will it start chipping off........

Sieg doesn't really wear out on launches themself, it wears down on hitting things (the wall, opponents, e.t.c.). I don't know how long it lasts in particular, but you should be able to tell pretty easily by looking at it.
It will often get stress marks that make the affected area grow lighter in color, which is pretty normal. Unless it actually starts getting really brittle somewhere, it's fine.
