Are there rules for how much bearing can wear before it becomes illegal for tournaments?

You can wear it down all the way until the point where it’s completely flat. So basically as far as it goes before being completely flat

You can wear it down all the way until the point where it’s completely flat. So basically as far as it goes before being completely flat
