[Answered] My Hell Salamander is stuck in one mode! Help!

Does anyone know how to unstick Hell Salamander from attack mode? The latch and then push doesn't seem to work

Unscrew it with a small Phillips head or even better, a tri-wing if you have one, the system is basic, and fix what seems to be a jam. You also may be sad because it sounds like the inside is worn down, it may be done for.

I've just got it. I ordered it on 13th October, they failed to deliver it twice, and it came to my doorstep at new years eve. I'm not sure it's broken
