[Answered]  Light Damage to Energy Layer

Hello!

I've just come back to Beyblade a couple of months ago.

I loved Beyblade since the very first came out in my country when I was still in elementary school and felt the urge to get back into it some time ago.

My question must be unusual, but here it goes: I've been playing by myself and have done a few battles using World Spriggan. I just noticed that it already has some of its edges a bit rolled. This kind of damage is to be expected, what surprised me is that I've barely used it. Has someone else experienced this and is it normal to get this kind of damage so early on?

I honestly don't remember if it was also the case for the plastic gen. It was too long ago and at when I was a child I didn't really pay attention to details like those nor didn't care, so I guess I never took note of it.
no thats definitly not normal for world spriggan

If possible, could you provide some pictures of the layer/other parts of World Spriggan? Also, what beys have you been putting it up against?
I don't know if I gave the impression that's something dramatic, but it isn't. I was just surprised that marks like these showed up after a few battles.

Can you flip it over and take pictures?

It's not noticible on the other side. Looks like it's just on that top side on the gray edges.

Are you talking about the cracks on both ends of the top side? If so, that’s normal, and is just part of how the parts fit together. No damage being done there

You are right. Where is the damage on the other side? I couldn't see it.

On my first link, the third picture you can see the "broken" paint because of rolling due to the impact when battling.

Oh yeah, I can. What was it battling?

Nothing special, actually. I think it was Slash Dragon from the Takara Tomy Beyblade Burst GT B-149 GT Triple Booster Set and just the Hasbro Hazard Kerbeus.
Actually, Hazard Kerbeus also has the same kind of damage already.

Hm, is there something they both did? Maybe a bey did it? Maybe it hit the stadium?

The only thing I'm able to guess would be the occasional harder impacts, outside of that there wasn't something weird or especially violent going on.

This kind of damage is to be expected, especially on layers that have sharp edges that make contact, I was just wondering if someone also experienced it this early. The layer from Slash Dragon doesn't have this kind of damage, since its edges aren't pointing forward.
