[Answered] Is the Shin TA legal for tournaments?

I'm planning on getting a Shin TA from Beyhaven for Metal Fight, Plastic Gen and HMS tournaments and I've been wondering if it was legal to use.

If it's also Legal in Burst that'd be nice to know as well.
