[Answered]  Interchanging attack ring parts - does this make a part illegal?

I've noticed many of the modern burst bey attack rings are made with multiple pieces that overlap and are screwed together. Would it be illegal to unscrew the attack rings and reassemble them with the different coloured parts of the same bey from random boosters/promotional release? And what if you mixed half of a TK attack ring with half of a Hasbro?
Short answer is a definate
No
Yeah, it's a no to both questions. TAKARA-TOMY does not allow this in their rules for their tournaments. And admittedly, this is something we need to make explicit in our own rulebook, which we will do in the near future.

So, feel free to do it if you just plan on doing them for fun, but don't if you plan to use the part in tournaments.
But are you allowed
Let's say you have two X2
You want to switch the sword in the middle with each bey like what Kevo did
Are you allowed.
